I can not publish my index page after an update.

Hi, I have updated my index page with a facebook and youtube button. However when I go to publish the page, the page is publish but when I go on line to check, it is only the original page that is still up there, not the updated page.

I have checked the firewall and have ticked that blue voda is a safe program but still no joy.

Hi John; If the pages are not updating it may be for one of
three reasons:

1) Your browser may be caching. To fix this, run the below
program:

http://www.ccleaner.com/

2) You may have changed the saved names of your pages. If
you have done this they will no longer update. To fix this,
you must not change the original saved names.

3) You may be publishing to the wrong folder. To fix this
you must ensure that you are publishing to the correct
folder; for the main site this is always public_html.

These are a few things to try - if you are still
