Publish Error 12029?

Hello,

I've been updating my site all day with new content. I tried to publish and I get an error...

"Publish Failed
Internet exception error 12029
Details:
Attempt to connect to the server failed"

I thought maybe they were doing server work or it may have been down?
This is a site that I've been building for a friend on server 74.209.215.9

I have searched through the thread archives to locate similar issues.

#1 I have went through the firewall in my XP control panel and found BlueVoda was already in the allow section. I deleted it, upgraded to the recent BV builder, added it to the Windows firewall in the Control Panel,
#2 I have checked my McAfee to see it it was added there as well, Yes it was.
Guess I will put a ticket in to have this one resolved?

Are we kind of slim on the help and assistance here?

All resolutions considered here.
