Server IP ADdress

Hello...
we here just created a web page to see how bluevoda works...
& we thought of uploading it....But Blue FTP here is asking a Server IP address, username ,pwd....Which server IP address we shud give...?
and we here wud like to know which username & pwd we shud give ..?
Pls help us soon in this case.....we need an early help....
