I have seen the previous post regarding this message and see that it is a Firewall / Anti Virus message.
1) I made sure VH is a trusted site
2) when that failed to work, I shut off both Firewall and Anti Virus and the problem still exists
what is the next step to take?
meanwhile, I will try to reboot & try entire process again, but doubt that will solve this.
