Now that my site has been reset to it's orginal setting, when I try to publish, all I get is the word"Index" what am I going wrong?

The first page of your website must be named index (only, do not add any file extension such as ".bvp" or ".html" even though the tutorial shows so), and like all other pages you create and save, use only lower case letters for all page names.
1. Open your "Index" page and re-Save it as "index" and re-Publish.
2. Using BlueFTP, access your Root Directory ("public_html/") and delete your improperly named and published "Index" page to remove potential page conflict for your website, leaving the "index" page instead.
