Or, if you refuse the above suggestions, you can opt to try keeping a single site no wider than 800 pixels, all navigation Text-Link only, and all fonts at least 11-16pt to minimize the need to "enlarge" screen views (for those devices that have that ability --- the majority in fact do not). Makes for an abnormal appearance, but creates an "improved" universal viewability ...
