I recently had a website transferred from Go Daddy to my VodaHost account. It was not a website I managed before. I designed the index page in BlueVoda and saved it in its own file as "index" with no caps or spaces and not ".html, htm, bvp". I published it and it appeared as "Index" with files listed. I looked up some other people with a similar issue, opened my BlueFTP, deleted the old files and published again. Now when it is published, it shows a "404 File Not Found" What did I do incorrectly? How do I fix this?
