    Re: Web Page showing "Code"

You must PUBLISH all pages created with BlueVoda using only the PUBLISH function from within BlueVoda via the Toolbar Command or Toolbar Icon.

Specifically, you must Publish your Contact Page (or any page with a FORM on it) as ".php" according to the Tutorial.
    * On your "Submit League Results" page, you have not selected in FORM PROPERTIES "Publish Pages as PHP" and yours has been published as ".html" ... (hence the Form Code displayed across the top of the page).
Remember to correct Navigation site-wide after re-Publishing, changing the Link's ".html" page extension to ".php" ...

Please review the BlueVoda Tutorials to add the Basic skills required to your personal toolset.
