opening old html pages

Hi, I just downloaded this, and cannot figure out how to correctly open my old website pages that are made in notepad. I did get one to open, but it was very disorganized and parts were on top of each other. If this is not the correct area to ask this question, please direct me. How do I open my old website pages?

BlueVoda does not open HTML pages as it is an HTML generator, to get old pages into BlueVoda you need to import them, please see the below video to learn how to do this:
