Pages posting as Text

Hello,
I've published my pages and for some reason my pages are publishing as a text/HTML file. How do we fix this? below is a quick example of what i'm seeing.

Hi,
When you see this it means you do not have an index page. Please open your home page then save it as:

index

All lowercase letters and publish again and you will see your website!
