    Bad result after publising.

I design a page. In design and preview mode everything seems ok. When I publish and see the result in the browser, an image becomes garbage.

I am attaching 3 screenshots. Design view (Bluevoda app), preview mode and browser view in real life. As you see that COLORAIO logo at bottom becomes weird, as if squeezed in vertically

You can check out at www.artoksi.com and select "I want to continue Turkish"

I did not make any copy & paste method during design.

Why is that and solution please.

    Thanks

On the other hand, why is there no attach file option here.

    Hi,

What is the file path of the image on the server?

I publish my page to www.artoksi.com/turkce

      The file name is coloraio.jpg

Cheking out with ftp manager and no matching file in www.artoksi.com/turkce. But there is a file coloraio.jpg in www.artoksi.com/turkce/images.

      Is that what you asked?

        Hi,

The image itself is very small, you appear to be using HTML to make it larger, this is why it is distorting. You need to make the image bigger in pixel size using a program like adobe photo shop or Windows Paint, then insert it into BlueVoda and upload again.

Thank you for your time to clarify the matter.
But I am afraid your diagnosis doesn't seem right to me.

First, the image I put on the page via BV editor is 628x160 px as used before in my old versions of web site.
          So, It is not small.

Second, this image is a logo of a brand "COLORAIO" written in horizontally

The strange thing is that, I opened the page in my browser and right clicked on the distorted image and saved as xxxx.jpg to my desktop.
The image saved my desktop was definitely another image. It is not the image in BV design page. The image on my desktop is the vertical version of "COLORAIO" (149x613 px) which is another version I am using at some other pages.

I think BV editor doing something wrong, mixing the files somehow.

Go wwww.artoksi.com and select "Türkçe olarak devam etmek istiyorum" which means "I want to continue in Turkish" (left button) and you will see the distorted image.

          Regards,

            Hi,

Try saving the image with another file name, then insert it again into the page, it is possible it is getting conflicting filenames.
