Updating multiple pages

I need to update my website with a new set of pages which I want to be accessible from the whole site, i therfore have to add a new link button to a large number of pages. Is there any way that I can make the same change to multiple pages instead of trawling through them all doing it manually?

If you use an iframe for some of the info that is on all pages - like a header and navigation - you will only have to change that page. Of course, that's only after you make it and apply it to all pages.
