Trying to Get My Simple Table Right. Hmmm!

I am trying to get a table right. My table at

www.resolvedebts.co.uk/freeemailadvice

It has got a number of fields for entering information. When the site is published the first threefields of the table look recessed and have a beige background. The remaining fields for info entry do not look recessed and they have a white background. I want them all to look the same but it seems like all the different field entry components have the same properties.

Also, I have noticed that when I want to enter data into the field in the live version of the website I need to place my mouse pointer ABOVE the entry field and not IN the entry field in order to station the cursor. Why is this and can I fix it?

I could not access the above url until I deleted the /freemailadvice part...
Went to your home page then to free mail advise screen...All fields except
monthly reductions were working OK (check the area around the field)
.
All fields accept the Email field appear to be recessed....

You left off the .html on the page addie.

I could type easily in all the fields EXCEPT it wouldn't allow me to type in the "Monthly deductions or drawings from net income for living costs" field at all.
