when i preview it it fine but when i add it to my website there no picture i think i am a member i have an password and i dont think my broswer is shut off i can view others pic on my website
thank you for such a fast reply

It may be a conflict with the name the picture has and BV not being able to link to it. So try this;
Remove the picture from the webpage- delete it. In your computer- find the picture and re-name it. Name it pic001. Now go back to BV web builder and click the image icon and put the newly named picture back on the web page. Preview it. If it works- simply publish it to the server and then see if you can now view it on your web site.
hey thank you for responding but i tried what you had said to and delete the pictrue from my page and cpu and rename it but that did not work. When i preview it it look fine then i add it to my site and still no picture.
Perhaps- for and unknown reason- BV s not grabing the picture and transfering it to the server when you publish. I would suggest using FTP Manager and trying to upload the picture to the same folder/directory that the web page is in. This way- the link still has the name of the picture and it should match it with the web page when requested.
