Publishing Help

Ok - So new to this and feeling really stupid.
I'm trying to publish a page - When I click the publish icon and I need to choose my server IP, the one that I was given in my welcome email is not one of my choices. All available choices start with 70. and mine starts with 74. What am I missing here?
I am SO in over my head.......

Server #'s change to keep up with how many of us there are - so re-download Blue Voda (you won't lose anything) and after it finishes re-downloading - the number you need will be there.
