Strange Publishing Behavior

I am having a hard time figuring this one out. When I publish the only thing that runs right is the flash movie. All of the graphics fail to load properly. Everything is fine in the preview. I did just add a new parked domain that was redirected from another dns. Could the problem be that it hasn't fully changed over or something. It has only been a few hours.

The site is

It does mention something about the permissions but that wasn't a problem before.

This one has me baffled.

Thanks for viewing and at least trying to help. I solved the problem by going to the cpanel tutorials. I had things messed up with the add on domain.
