Linking pages for offline preview

Hi I would like to know how to link my pages together so that I can preview and use the links to each page offline to see how it will look and perform when published, but I can not seem to find the answer anywhere in the tutorials or on the forum. If someone could help I would be very grateful as I have spent all day trying to get this to work. Thanks Gerald

Sorry, but you cannot preview your links until you have published your pages.
If a link already exists on your site(or any other) then you can go to that link
but it must exist first........
