website on web still reads 'untitled page' - how do I fix this?

I have designed and published my site www.niwih.com but when I go to google or any search engine it comes up but is titled 'untitled page'. How do i get it titled???

In your page properties (right click on page background) name your page. Also fill in the other fields as they are important when it comes to the search engines. Check out our Search Engine Forum for advice and tips on metatags, keywords and titles.

Thanks, now I have at least the title as NIWIH
still I think I have to do a lot of work on meta tags and stuff.
Someone said that getting linked to other similar sites gets your own site noticed on Google in higher priority.
What else can I do when I type in google my keywords?
