Using the FTP tool is not the best method for transferring files to and fro...
If you are using BV for web creation, use BV proper. If you have Soho or another cart, THAT CP has adding/deletion tools you should stick to using.
The Blue FTP tool is used to transfer very large or otherwise non-linear folder management....when using Blue FTP, it is always best not to "drag and drop" but to use the command COPY TO.
Please...do me a favor....go back to creating the "sub-folder" in your Blue Voda folder found on your computer in My Documents, and using Explorer, manually create a folder properly named. THEN use Blue FTP (if you insist) to COPY TO this new folder into your VodaHost account.
This is the best way to accomplish this simple task, which is required, prior to loading Soho as a "sub".....
