Help with publishing

I made a page in BV and I want to publish it, I have saved it but when I got to publish and enter in the details, it doesnt accept my password.

The I.P is the same one as in my CP

I have tried the default ftp name and password and I have also created a new one but neither work.

ok, magically it worked, but now I have another problem, look at my website!

Your main page needs to be saved as - index
Thats it- plain and simple lower case index

So pull it back up and save as - index and then publish and it will be ok.
Also- check the page properties and make sure that you have checked
center in browser and your width is set to 800.

After putting up the video clips I noticed how long it now takes for that page to load. Would it load faster if I used one screen with the files on seperate buttons. I hope my words haven't confused my thoughts.http://www.circuspet.com/pettricks.html .
