i have a domain which is not yet 60 days old....i have changed my nameservers to the ones voda sent me in my email.....can i now go ahead and publish my site?

Yes you can..
You own the domain name and you changed the nameservers.. Obviously Vodahost sent you the email after you've purchased a hosting account.. so you should be able to publish now.
