The qualities of each CMS

I was just wondering if there is a section on the forum that has each of the CMS's qualities and what they do, so that someone could make a educated descision as to which one to use and for what purpose?

The best thing to do is visit each ones site and forum and ascertain the answers to those questions for yourself. It largely depends on what you are trying to do and how.
