Where can we find video tutorials for Joomla?

I tried installing Joomla to my sub domain "demo" only to test log in / log out option however it has installed a complete sample Joomla website.....can anyone give any advise on this?

Yes its supposed to install a full copy of the site... otherwise how would you demo it?
