Configure Wordpress blog

I cannot get to the page that will allow me to configure Wordpress. I HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG, but I have no idea what. The only page that comes up is the one titled "view" through Fantastico. I have other issues as well (see my reply to the sticky post).
It almost seems as though I've made one wrong turn early in the process, and now find myself in a swamp of complications.

just a thought - maybe delete wordpress in your fantastico and reinstall. Ive done that before and found a better installation.
all depends on how much work you would loose. myself I didnt begin anything so I didnt loose anything...
did you recieve an email of your install information?
