Switch Content From One Blog To Another

I have a couple of free blogs that I would like to convert to hosted ones by moving the content. Is there an easy way to do this or even a hard way?
I also have a hosted one that I would like to switch to a different host and keep the content and blog name. The domain would be different of course. Is this doable?
