Word Press deleting files

I tried to upload wordpress and build a blog but it was too difficult for me. I deleted the wp files in my FTP but in the main list of my root directory under plublic_html there are still multiple files with a .php extension. Should I remove these? i think I am going to watch the "community forum" video and try that idea. My domain is www.diamondheartpets.com

I think I figured it out. I just deleted everything in my blog file and its gone.
