You can not install more than 1 script in the root directory
That means you already have an INDEX page.. your site.. you need to install wordpress to a sub folder.

Did you put in the support ticket?

        Re: Can not instal wordpress

Well, I'm no expert at all, but I once had to use Wordpress as my homepage (index.php). I already had another index.html running. So what I did was delete that index.html and install the blog in the ROOT DIRECTORY (public_html folder) thru Fantastico. This created automatically a new index and now my weblog works fine as my homepage.

        I hope this will help.
