Not sure where to post question

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question, but I could not find a better spot. I installed Crafty Syntax Live Help from my Control Panel.....Now what? I am very new at this aspect of web site building and I have no idea what to do. Can someone help me? I want to be able to have a live chat or live help and I don't know what to do?

You technically arent supposed to host live chats on shared servers. However you will need to read their docs to complete the set up
