index.php changed and I can not fix this

I have installed wordpress on my domain www.sdpolishdeli.com
I installed in blog folder. Now my index page changed and I can not change it back. I am not sure if this is related to recent Voda15 server change. It has been past 48 hours and I can not still log into new server cpannel.

well it could be. You will need to be patient until the server is backed up and running. Posting all over wont make it faster.
