    Deleting the Meta

    Hi there, here are my details


    I recently installed a blog(wordpress) here


    please, if anyone had installed this i would really appreciate if anyone can tell me what are 'Meta' on my right side of the blog
    i kinda dont see why i need it so i tried to delete it..
    question is, where should i go in wp-control panel to delete it? i searched it out (maybe i'm not good at it) but cant find where to delete it..

    so.. help.. anyone? PLEASE!!!

    Since it is a self hosted Wordpress blog, you will be able to manually edit the HTML of your blog. You have to locate the code for that particular widget and remove it. Another option would be to change the template. The 'Meta' widget will go, but so will your present template.

      ...seems to me the easiest way to "delete" any of the META widgets is to "remove" them, which I have done. Simply go into Dashboard - click 'Appearance' then 'Widgets' - now you are able to add or remove whatever you like just by dragging & dropping from left to right or vice versa as appropriate.
