Is it possible to have different meta description, and meta keywords for separate pages of your blog?

yup,

if your using wordpress just install the all in one seo plugin which allows you to add title,meta and keywords and more for each individual page and post

How many ways is there to say I Love You?

Use the above to guide you with your Tags.
Use only genuine tags that relate to your products.
Do not go for Tag stuffing, using tags that does not relate to your products or website content will get you in trouble and eventually penalized.

I use the same block of tags and keywords for all my pages
I have thousands of hit from all sort of Bots and Spiders every month.

My annual hit count has now surpassed 600,000

There is no short cut or any quick way to popularize you website.

To me a website without content will eventually fade away
into the Milky Way.
