problem with installing plugin

This is the message I get when tyrying to istall a plugin. any ideas?

What is the URL of your Wordpress installation so we can check the directory source files?

First of all, your Wordpress is installed on your site in the "smablog" directory, as seen here via this link > http://successmartialarts.com.au/smablog/

If you are running Wordpress version 2.92 or better, there is an automatic plugin and theme installer within the Admin Dashboard under Template Manager, Editor, Plugins .... there is no need to manually download and re-load into your account!

However, if in fact you prefer to manually install themes and plugins, you will need to download it to the following directory: http://successmartialarts.com.au/smablog/
