Blog corrupted

Hi,

I added a wordpress blog to the root of an addon domain, the site has been corrupted so I cannot gain access to it.

How do I remove wordpress from the server or do i have to remove the addon domain and reinstall wordpress that way..

The site is ranked so not sure how any of this will affect it.

I would prefer to remove wordpress from the domain and simply reinstall if possible..
