Redirect from a Bluevoda site to a Wordpress site

Hi,

I would like to redirects some parts of my BV website to a wordpress site.

I have got html and PHP pages to redirect

For example:
http://www.tvonlinesurveys.com/sollicitatie.html --> http://www.voorbeeldvinden.nl/category/motivatiebrief/

tvonlinesurveys.com/sollicitatie/download-voorbeeld-sollicitatiebrief.php
--> http://www.voorbeeldvinden.nl/vb-motivatiebrief/

What's the best way to do that?
