I have downloaded wordpress. How do I upload downloaded wordpress fille to Voda FTP server like it is telling me to do?

You can install Wordpress automatically through your cPanel, -> Fantastico.
No need to manually install....
If however you want to do so, you can upload the files using either File Manager (extremely complicated with Wordpress's folder structure) or FTP.Navaldesign
