updates impossible

Hi everyone

My site www.3dtargets.co.uk runs excellent, until I come to updating or adding new plug ins

when try and update the site to 3.9.1 I get this message

Update WordPress

Unable to locate WordPress Root directory.
Installation Failed


When I try and update plug ins or try to add new plug ins I get this message

Update Plugin

Unable to locate WordPress Content directory(wp-content).
Returnto Plugins page


Please Please any one help fix my site, I am OK when things go well, but for something like this I need help

Hi, you should open a support ticket so that we may look at this for you, it might be a permissions issue but we will need sensitive information to verify.
