Wordpress multi-language

Hi,
I want to build up a web site in serveral foreign languages (English, French, German) version,
it means when I click the French flag(or français), I can see my French version, etc....
do anyone know how and where to parameter the WordPress to do so ?

The easiest way to accomplish multi-language as an option is to choose the proper Plug-in that also modifies the Theme (there are actually fewer that prepare the theme along with the Blog overall).
