Cannot access Dashboard in WP

Hi, I'm having a problem accessing Dashboard.

I can log into WP and the website shows and funtions.

I ca see the "Howdy" and profile tabs on the top right but cannot enter the profile area.

At the top left I can see the website name but no access to the dashboard.

I have tried renaming the plugin older and trying again to log in...no joy.

I've tried renaming the theme use and logging in agai...no joy.

I've cleared my browser cache numerous in an effort cause a fresh load up of the site but it has not helped.
