Tutorials-Templates button problem

Hallo everyone,
i am new to BlueVoda. I have installed the program but the buttons for Tutorials, Templates, etc do not work. I would really appreciate some assistance here.

after you downloaded did you unzip? They are compressed files, after unzip you can add as back ground image or template.
