Installing backgrounds & Templates

I am having my first attempt at building my webpage. I have downloaded templates and backgrounds as directed in the tutorials but when I try to unzip them I am getting an error message that says invalid web handle. Can anyone help please?

never heard of that error myself, have you trien downloading the template again. On occasions winzip files can become corrupted during the download process
