Opening an html template in BV

I'am interested in one of the HTML templates provided by BV (index.html). Can this be opened and edited and then saved in BV?

If you are pulling a template from the Blue Voda Templates selection (www.vodahost.com/sets.htm) it needs to be downloaded and "saved" according to the instructions.

When you open BV the program, you can then "open" the template and begin using it....
