logo help needed

Hi Guys,
I really need your help tonight. I need to create a logo for my new boss. New job, you know the score. This logo must be as below:-


File Type: BitMap (.bmp)
Colour Depth: 24-bit
Resolution: 200 dpi (min)
Image Height: 10mm
Image Width: 50mm

Can someone out there please help me. Quick. I have the logo but I don't know how to size it and save it as a bitmap. This needs to be put on a cd and posted by tuesday.
