Picture rotaters????

Hey guys,
A while ago i found an awesome site that allowed you to create a rotating picture banner much like the ad rotater in BV. Does anyone know of any such sites like this or have used anything similiar?
I would like to be able to use different effects to allow the picture transitions to be a bit more eye catching!
