Animated signature?

Would anyone be able to make me an animated .gif signature that reads
"Indigo Hair Designs"?

If anyone could i would love it to be in Black.

If I am not mistaken you need paint shop pro or similar to make one. Something next on my list to try and master, the control panel is rather daunting though.

I use 'Animation Shop' which comes with Paintshop pro.
