Hi, can someone who knows how to edit .gifs edit a .gif for me and email it to me please?

the .gif i need edited is on this site:

its the rotating cuckwagon wheel next to all the menu buttons, but when I save it, it keeps the burgundy background, can someone make the burgundy transparent for me and still keep the wheel rotating please??? thanks
