When using a template, supplied by Blue Voda, how do you keep the image from being distorted when you stretch it out?

Most templates I believe are around the '700 width, most web pages are built within the '800 width, it is best not to stretch the template, you cannot avoid this happening. It would be better to add a background behind the template and work your content within the template ... or alternatively, you could add to the template in a photo editing program ...
