Hi, does anyone know where to find a program that creates a rippling reflection of a picture (almost like a water reflection)!?!?

Hi, this one might get you started. http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/reflect.htm But only reflects in IE. But I think you will get this happening with a lot of browsers image effects.
