Opening templates, etc.

Hey, new to this so be patient. I just started out building my first page and when I look at the main page (control panel) in the BV builder I see buttons on the bottom for Templates, Tutorials, Comm. Forums, etc. Problem is that when I click on them nothing happens. I watched a tutorial on how to load templates and when I tried it I ran into this. any ideas? I use firefox as my main browser and sometimes have to revert to IE...would that cause any issues?

Do you have winzip installed on your computer?
