How cool of a template?

Hi.

I'm trying to put together a new web site & really like some of the templates I see on VodaHost templates:

I do not have experience with HTML, but am pretty good with online site builders.

Are these templates available for editing with your online software / downloaded software, or is it necessary to have HTML experience to make this work???

I think pre-designed templates are easy as 123. you just need to replace the text and images of your choice.
I don't know if there is any software of that kind you are searching.
