please is it possible to build a website with this bluevoda software,,in a multi lingual sites like if i want the page in english i click on the flag and in french on the french flag also

You would have to create copies of the site for each translation.

and then what else do i do if i creat those copies?? do i have to translate the copied pages myself??

Hi, yes! 2 of every thing. There are sites that will translate your pages, but are not very accurate on the translation.
